Øvre Eiker is a municipality in the county of Buskerud, Norway.
Øvre Eiker is the upper part of Eiker, an agricultural landscape with a long history.
The administrative center Hokksund is the largest town in this municipality, with about 8000 inhabitants. The remaining inhabitants, some 7000, live in the villages of Vestfossen, Skotselv, Ormåsen and Darbu.
