Abdelkader Taleb Oumar

Abdelkader Taleb Oumar is the current Prime Minister of Western Sahara. He was elected to that post on October 29, 2003. He has lived in exile in Tindouf, Algeria since 1975.
Oumar has strongly supported the Baker Plan and believes the United Nations must, "push Morocco [to] comply with international legality and implement Security Council's resolutions." He has repeatedly thanked South Africa for "the indefectible support of South Africa to Saharawi people and to SADR".
