Abu Said Gardizi

Abu Said Abdol-Hayy b. Zahhak Gardizi (died approx. 1061), Persian geographer and historian of the early 5th/11th century who wrote the book Zayn –al akhbar. Gardizi's work is very important for the Islamic history of eastern Persia.
