Agni Natchatiram (fire star / The hottest part of May in South India) is a 1988 Tamil language movie directed by Mani Ratnam. The movie is about two step brothers continuously quarreling for legitamacy. The film's cast include Prabhu and Karthik. The film's highlights include innovative lighting techniques in the picturisation of songs by P. C. Sreeram and music score by Ilayaraja.
