Aiden McGeady

Aiden McGeady (born April 4,1986 in Glasgow,Scotland) is a professional football player for Celtic who also represents the Republic of Ireland in international football.
McGeady made his senior debut for Celtic in 2004 during a Scottish Premier League match against Hearts, in which he scored. He earned his first cap for the Republic of Ireland - for whom he is eligible to play through his grandparents - later that year. His decision to opt for Ireland instead of his country of birth, has been the subject of some controversy in Scotland.
McGeady has been described by many including Collocini, Paolo Maldini, Tommy Burns, Liam Brady, Martin O'Neill, Stéphane Henchoz, Alan Thompson, Brian Kerr and Roy Keane as one of the best youngsters they have ever seen play.
