AirUK
From Freepedia
AirUK was an airline formed from the merger of British Island Airways, Air Anglia, Air Wales and Air Westward in 1980. It operated flights mainly from London Stansted Airport and other regional airports to destinations in Northern Europe.
During the 1990s KLM acquired AirUK and renamed AirUK into KLM UK in the late 1990s. In 2000 KLM used some of the KLMuk routes to launch low-cost carrier Buzz, which in turn got taken over by Ryanair in 2003.
