His Eminence Alexandre José Maria Cardinal dos Santos, O.F.M. (born March 18, 1924 in Zavala, Mozambique) is a cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. He was archbishop of Maputo, Mozambique, between 1975 and 2003.
