Allianz AG, (NYSE: AZ) with $128 billion of revenue during 2003, is Germany's largest, and one of the world's largest financial services providers with a focus on the insurance business. In 2001, it acquired Dresdner Bank, a large German bank. It operates worldwide under the name Allianz Group.
