Andrés Soto

Andrés Soto was an unsuccessful candidate for the Richmond City Council in Richmond, California, in 2004. He is a member of the Richmond Progressive Alliance, allied with Green Party member Gayle McLaughlin, but at the time he ran, he was a registered Democrat.
