List of anthropomorphic animal superheroes

This list consists of animal characters that walk, talk, act and sometimes look like humans. These characters are usually changed from a normal animal into humanoid form or came from another planet to Earth. Some of the characters live on Earth, but its population comprises other anthropomorphic animals as well, sometimes coexisting with humans. Most of the time, these characters come from cartoons and comic books. This concept was done before by Mighty Mouse and Underdog; the 1985 cartoon, ThunderCats made this concept even more serious with their characters looking more human than animal. Other anthropomorphic superheroes include:
