Apple Cinema Display

From Freepedia

The Apple Cinema Display is a flat panel monitor made by Apple Computer. Older models ran DVI, USB, and 25V power all through a single ADC connector. Current models use plain DVI, for better compatibility and fewer cables. Older models came in high density plastic frames with an easel-style stand. Newer models have an aluminum stand that matches the look of Apple's Power Mac G5 computers. They come in 20-, 23-, and 30-inch models. While designed to match Apple computers, the displays are also compatible with PC computers that are equipped with the appropriate video card. The 30-inch Cinema HD Display's plug is Dual Link DVI, which requires relatively exotic video cards to drive the monitor.
