Arrábida Bridge

The Arrábida Bridge is an arch bridge over the Douro River in Porto in Portugal. At the time of its construction in 1963, the bridge had the largest concrete span of any bridge in the world. The bridge is 493m long. The engineer responsible for its project and construction was Edgar Cardoso.
