Balgowlah Heights is a suburb of Sydney, Australia, and generally considered a wealthy Northern Beaches suburb. Adjoining the areas of Seaforth, Clontarf and Manly itself, the suburb has houses that exceed $A 5 million mark. Situated at 80 m above Middle Harbour, some houses have panoramic views of the Spit Bridge looking to the Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs. The suburb features remnant Sydney Harbour bushland, contained in the National Park around Dobroyd Head and Grotto Point. Tania Park at the eastern fringe offers relaxed recreation and one can watch the Manly ferry cut its way to Circular Quay.

The suburb is located 9 km north of the central business district and Manly is one mile from the suburb. The schools include Balgowlah Heights Public School, and Manly Girls is nearby. Balgowlah Heights is generally considered a safe seat for the Liberal Party of Australia.
