Black tar heroin

Black tar heroin is a cheap, impure, and highly addictive recreational drug which has rapidly spread among both casual and habitual drug users.
"Black tar heroin" is the typical street term for the drug[1], but it has many other street (colloquial) names:
Black tar heroin is used by both college students and street junkies. While most users treat the drug as a street variant of heroin, the effects are roughly similar; black tar heroin can also have mild hallucinogenic effects, and is taken in a variety of forms. The so-called casual drug users pop pigment pills or snort it diluted in water, while other addicts shoot or smoke it.

when refered to as chiva, this form will most likely be found in powder form that is ligh brown, when this powder is oxidized it then tuns into a tar form which then has a darker brown color which almost appears to be black
