Boituva

Boituva is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. Its coordinates are 23° 17′ 00″ S, 47° 40′ 20″ W. The population in 2003 is 40,129 and the area is 249.63 km² The elevation is 637 m. Its known as the "National Skydive Capital". In Tupi, Boituva means "Many Snakes".
