The Brothers Island tuatara (Sphenodon guntheri) is a species of the tuatara occurring naturally only on The Brothers Islands in Cook Strait, New Zealand.
It differs from the common tuatara (Sphenodon punctatus) in having olive skin and yellowish patches (compare the common tuatara's brown and whitish colouration).
