Carrot Top

Carrot Top (born Scott Thompson on February 25, 1967 in Cocoa Beach, Florida) is an American prop comedian famous for his brick-red head of hair. He spends 15 weeks a year doing live performances in Las Vegas and does over 100 shows a year on tour. However, his comedy is not to everyone's taste, and has been derided on shows such as Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Larry Sanders Show , Mr. Show, and The Late Show with David Letterman.

He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. When someone suggested he try out for the college talent show he tried a few of his old jokes, but found real success the next year when he added a few props to his act. He tried to break out in the comedy club circuit, but had given up until he was booked for a New Year's Eve gig.

Carrot Top has also appeared in movies, including 1998's Chairman of The Board. He also does TV commercials for 1-800-CALL-ATT.

Recently, Carrot Top has taken an interest in bodybuilding.
