Charles Cowper

Charles Cowper was the Premier of the Colony of New South Wales on five different occasions from 1856 to 1870. He was the second Premier of New South Wales after Stuart Donaldson.
Charles Cowper was born to his mother on April 26, 1807 at Dryford, England. He came to the Colony of New South Wales in Australia for a time however later returned to England where he died an old man of 68 years at the city of London on October 19, 1875.
