Clarence Island (South Shetland Islands)

Image:South Shetland Islands Map.png Clarence Island (61°12′ S 054°05′ W) is 18 km (12 mi) long and the easternmost of the South Shetland Islands. The name dates back to at least 1821 and is now established in international usage.
Mount Irving, 2 300 meters high, rises 3 km north of Cape Bowles, the southernmost point. There are two small islands 1.5 km east of Clarence Island, the northern one is called Sugarloaf Island, at 61°11'S, 054°00'W.
