The Flag of Gibraltar is a banner of the colony's coat of arms. It is formed by two horizontal bands of white (top, double width) and red with a three-towered red castle in the center of the white band; hanging from the castle gate is a gold key centered in the red band. The flag differs from that of other British colonies, in that it is not a British ensign.

The Flag was first used in the 1960s, although the coat of arms from which it was derived date from the 16th century. The Flag gained offical status in the 1980s. As a British colony with a population that overwhelmingly wishes to remain British, the Flag is often seen flying in the colony alongside the Union Flag.

The Governor of Gibraltar's flag is a Union Flag defaced with the coat of arms.
