Galerina autumnalis

Galerina autumnalis (also known as Autumn Skullcap, or Deadly Galerina) is a poisonous mushroom found throughout America, in habitats as diverse as rain forests and suburban front lawns. Often mistaken for psychedelic Psilocybe species (magic mushrooms) by teenagers, one small Galerina mushroom may cause death due to amanitin's toxic effects.
