The Global Corruption Report is an annual report which gives analysis on the level of corruption among many nations of the world. The report is produced by Transparency International. The 2005 Global Corruption Report launched on March 16 focuses on how corruption in the construction sector undermines economic development, and threatens to hamstring post-conflict reconstruction in Iraq and beyond. The 2004 report focused on Political corruption and how political and party finances play an influential role in the levels of corruption worldwide.
