Grocka

Grocka (Гроцка) is one of Belgrade's 17 municipalities. It has an area of 289.23 square kilometres, and 75,466 inhabitants.

Town was first time mentioned in 878. under Slavic name Gardec. Municipality was established in 1955.Grocka Town is situated on the banks of the Danube river.
