Hamana District, Shizuoka

Hamana (浜名郡; -gun) is a district located in Shizuoka, Japan.

On July 1, 2005, Maisaka and Yuto were merged into Hamamatsu.

As of 2003, the district has an estimated population of 42,630 and a density of 1,624.00 persons per km². The total area is 26.25 km².
