Storyline

Hotelier is a Korean television drama set in the Seoul Hotel. When the head of the hotel, President Choi, passes away, his wife, Bong-sook, must assume his role in oder to prevent Bok-man of Hankang Distribution from taking over the family's business.

With Attorney Frank Shin's help, a wealthy Korean-American man who stayed in a Chalet within the same Hotel compound soon after his arrival in Seoul, Bok-Man found out many secrets of the hotel. However, after meeting up with Jin Young and falling in love with her, a series of conflicts started between the couple, along with Tae-Jun as well. Young Jae, on the other hand, who was a playful and naughty boy, often got the entire staff into trouble--All caused by his irresponsible behaviour. Under Tae-Jun's guidance, a kind man who has helped both Frank's sister, Yun Hee and others who were in trouble, he finally changed his ways and became a responsible man.

At the same time, Young Jae, the useless and playful Hotel proprietiess' son, fell in love with Jin Young, the daughter of Bok-Man, who was the arch enemy of Bong-Sook. Attacks from the public--Both directly from the several visitors, who were either madmen or gangsters, who stirred up many a time big trouble and as well as financially, who switched sides to and fro from with Jin Young for his feelings of love--a vital element whether he will help the hotel or take sides with Bok-man---all depends on Jin Young and his sister, whom he had found out during his stay in his hotel--Dong Hui.
