Indovuzaki

Indovuzaki is a title given to the King of Swaziland's mother, which roughly corresponds to the title Queen Mother. It literally means Great She-Elephant. The Indovuzaki is the Joint Head of State with her son; while her son is seen as the administrative Head of State, the Indovuzaki herself is seen as the spiritual and national head of state.

At any time where there is both a King and an Indovuzaki, there are two Royal headquarters. The King's is where he carries out his administrative duties; the Indovuzaki's, which is called the umphakatsi, is the national capital and spiritual and ceremonial home of the nation.
