Investor relations (IR) are activity to which the company discloses information required for investment judgment timely to the bond and/or shareholders.

For large companies, IR such as the financial statements, have since the mid-1990s been accompanied by a corporate outline or a Settlement of Accounts public notice, which are disclosed on the company's homepage.
