John of Braganza (Portuguese: João; Lisbon, March 16 1842-Lisbon, December 27 1861) was a Portuguese infante son of Queen Maria II of Portugal and her King consort Ferdinand II of Portugal.

John was made Duke of Beja and Duke of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha. He died young and unmarried on 27 December 1861 when he was just 19 years old.
