Kau Sai Chau

Kau Sai Chau (滘西洲) is an island located off the coast of Sai Kung, Hong Kong, with an area of 6.69 km².

The large island is the location of the Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course (賽馬會滘西洲公眾高爾夫球場), developed and run by the Hong Kong Jockey Club. It opened in 1995.

One of the declared monuments of Hong Kong, a prehistoric stone carving, discovered in 1976, can also be found on the north-west of the island.
