Manora

Manora is a small island just outside the port of Karachi, Pakistan. It is mostly inhabited by Navy personnel who are stationed at the naval base located in Manora. It's also a popular picnic spot because of its sandy beaches. Another point of interest on this small island is its lighthouse, which is the tallest one in Pakistan. It is a 15 to 20 minute boat ride away from mainland Karachi. Although it is a very popular picnic spot, there are no good hotels available for an overnight stay.
