Michael Helm

Michael Helm is a Canadian novelist.

He was born in Eston, Saskatchewan, and studied literature at the University of Toronto.

His debut novel, The Projectionist, was nominated for the Giller Prize and the Trillium Book Award in 1997. His second novel, In the Place of Last Things, followed in 2004.

Helm has also been an editor of the Canadian literary journals Descant and Brick.
