Mologa River

Mologa River (Молога in Russian) is a river in Tver, Novgorod and Vologda Oblasts in Russia. It is a left tributary of the Volga River. The length of the Mologa River is 456 km. The area of its basin is 29,700 sq km. The river freezes up in the late October - early December and stays under the ice until April - early May. The towns of Bezhetsk, Pestovo, and Ustyuzhna are standing on the shores of the Mologa River.
