Montagu is a town in the Western Cape province of South Africa.

It is 180km from Cape Town on Route 62. Montagu is a tourist destination as a result of nearby rock formations that make it one of the country's major mountain climbing centres, orchards, vineyards, local herbs and hot mineral springs.
