Montmelon is a small rural district of the canton of the Jura, Switzerland. The commune is composed of several villages (Montmelon-Dessus, Montmelon-dessous, Ravines) and of many dispersed farms. The commune comprises approximately 100 inhabitants including one broad proportion living in agriculturalism.
