Multicellular fungi
From Freepedia
Multicelluar fungi are multicellular fungi. They are made of filaments called hyphae, and a collection of hypae is known as a mycelium. They lack barriers such as cell walls or membranes to divide one cell from another, so the cytoplasm is shared between cells.
