Mycetoma Research Center

The Mycetoma Research Center is located in Khartoum, Sudan. It is part of The University of Khartoum.
The director of the center is Doctor Ahmed Hassan Fahal. There are two dozen staff members at the Khartoum site.
Mycetoma is a difficult disease to cure. It is endemic to the drier areas of the world. These include parts of Brazil, Mexico, the Sahel, India, pan-Arabia and others.
