Nidelva

Nidelva (also known as Nidelven) is a river in the county Sør-Trøndelag, Norway. It starts at the west-end of Selbusjøen (Selbu Lake) at Brøttem and runs via Tiller and at the end through the city of Trondheim before reaching Trondheimsfjorden (the Trondheim Fjord).

Nidelven has its very own song, "Nidelven Stille Og Vakker Du Er". See song text (in Norwegian)
