Nikolai Brashman

Nikolai Dmitrievich Brashman (June 14, 1796 – May 13, 1866) was a mathematician of Czech birth who practised mostly in Russia. He was a student of Joseph Johann Littrow, and the advisor of Pafnuty Chebyshev.
