Ninlil, first called Sud, is the daughter of Nammu and An in Sumerian mythology. She lived in Dilmun with her family. Raped by her brother and future husband Enlil, she concieved a boy, Nanna, the future moon god. After her death, she became the goddess of the air, like Enlil.
