Ontario provincial highway 60

Highway 60 runs from Huntsville, Ontario to Renfrew, Ontario, and is maintained by the provincial government of Ontario.
Starting in Huntsville, it is commonly accessed from the interchange with King William Street (Muskoka district road 3). While near Huntsville, the highway offers four lanes of traffic until it drops down to two lanes of traffic east of the town's golf and ski resorts. Highway 60 continues through and connects to Highway 35 near Dwight (part of Township of Lake of Bays), before continuing on through Oxtongue Lake (part of Haliburton).
The highway is a major access corridor for Algonquin Provincial Park. While a visitor's permit is not required to drive through the park, anyone wishing to stop at any trails or rest areas within the park must have one. Wildlife such as moose occasionally can be seen while driving, and drivers have been known to slow down considerably due to such a rare occurrence.
The highway connects the east end of the park with the Ottawa Valley, through communities such as Barry's Bay until ending at a junction with Highway 17 in Renfew.
