Peach Bowl

The Peach Bowl is an annual college football bowl game played in Atlanta, Georgia since December, 1968. For its first twenty-four years, the game was played in the multi-purpose Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium that was torn down to make way for the Olympic stadium (Turner Field). Since the 1992 game, the bowl has been played in the Georgia Dome and matches an SEC team against an ACC opponent. Fast-food restaurant chain Chick-fil-A became the title sponsor of event with the 1997 game.
