Peter Heering

Peter Heering is a Danish manufacturer of liqueurs.
They are most famous for Cherry Heering, a proprietary brandy based liqueur flavoured with cherries which is often referred to simply as Peter Heering in cocktail recipes. They also produce Ashanti Gold chocolate liqueur and a range of generic liqueurs.
