Phendimetrazine (Bontril®) is a weight loss medication. Phendimetrazine is a Schedule IV drug under the Convention on Psychotropic Substances.
To a certain extent phendimetrazine is metabolized into phenmetrazine, which may account for parts of it's anorectic effect.
