Premium Blend

Premium Blend is a show on Comedy Central which features a well-known stand up comedian as an emcee who introduces four or five lesser known comedians looking for a big break on television. Each comedian presents a short set of jokes, which is edited to last about five minutes on the airing of the show. Hosts of the show have included David Alan Grier, Wanda Sykes, D.L. Hughley, and Harland Williams. A few alumni have gone on to have their own Comedy Central Presents special, including Mitch Hedberg, Mike Birbiglia, and Ron White.
