Province of Catanzaro

Catanzaro (It. Provincia di Catanzaro) is a province and the capital of the Calabria region, in Italy. Its capital is the city of Catanzaro.

It has an area of 2,391 sq km, and a total population of 369,578 (2001). There are 80 communes in the province (source: Italian institute of statistics Istat, see this link).
