Province of Reggio Calabria

Reggio Calabria (It. Provincia di Reggio Calabria) is a province in the Calabria region of Italy. Its capital is the city of Reggio Calabria.

It has an area of 3,183 sq km, and a total population of 564,223 (2001). There are 97 communes in the province (source: Italian institute of statistics Istat, see this link).
