Race riot
From Freepedia
A race riot is an outbreak of violent civil unrest in which race issues are a key factor. Such riots often involve tensions between ethnic groups that are regarded as socio-economically deprived, and law enforcement agencies who are perceived to unfairly target these ethnic groups. Racial profiling, police brutality, institutional racism and racial identity politics are thought to be common factors among race riots. In many cases, urban renewal has also been cited.
