Steve Regal was a professional wrestler better known as "Mr. Electricity" Steve Regal. He is not to be confused with Darrin Matthews' Lord Steven Regal gimmick.

Career
Steve Regal started wrestling in 1977 He is the son-in-law of legendary Wilbur Snyder.
Regal achieved his biggest success in the American Wrestling Association in 1985. He won the AWA Light Heavyweight Championship and the AWA World Tag Team Championship with Jimmy Garvin. While there, he feuded with Buck Zumhofe over the Light Heavyweight Title and Curt Hennig and Scott Hall over the Tag Team Titles.
Regal and Garvin defeated the Road Warriors to win the Tag Titles with the Fabulous Freebirds' help.
After they lost their titles, Regal went with Garvin to the NWA's Jim Crockett Promotions where he feuded with Denny Brown and defeated him for the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship.
Once he left Crockett, he appeared in the World Wrestling Federation briefly as a jobber.
Regal then toured the independent circuit until retiring in 1996.
