Tart card

So-called tart cards are cards found in phone booths in London that advertise the services of prostitutes. Placing them in phone booths is now illegal, although this has only reduced their number, rather than eliminating them.

Cards of the same type, often bound into small booklets, litter the streets of cities in Japan.
