Basham Brothers
From Freepedia
Image:TheCabinetJBL.jpg The Basham Brothers are a former heel professional wrestling tag team on World Wrestling Entertainment's Smackdown! brand consisting of Doug Basham and Danny Basham. The Bashams are supposed to be twin brothers, however they are not even related. The Bashams are former, 2-time WWE Tag-Team Champions.
For a short while the Bashams were managed by Shaniqua. During this time, they adopted a pseudo-sadomasochistic gimmick.
The Basham Brothers joined John 'Bradshaw' Layfield's stable The Cabinet and were given the title of Co-Secretaries of Defense. The Basham Brothers quit being Cabinet members on the June 16, 2005 episode of WWE SmackDown! after getting sick and tired of receiving beatings on the behalf of JBL.
Due to their similar physical appearances, one of their tag team tactics is to illegally switch places without tagging during a tag team match.
On June 30, 2005, Danny Basham became one of the last minute trades in the 2005 WWE Draft lottery, which saw him jump from SmackDown! over to WWE RAW. This has seemingly marked the end of the tag team partnership with his 'twin' brother, who is still a SmackDown! superstar.

Trivia
- Doug Basham and Damaja (Danny Basham) had been embroiled in a bitter feud in Ohio Valley Wrestling just before getting called up by WWE.
